The following are real letters that kids sent to Dave Street after he performed his show at their school.
Thank you for coming to our school. That Dodo bird looked funny, but it was sad how it became extinct. A lot birds are extinct. Many are endangered also. Thanks for giving the school a wonderful assembly.
Sincerely, Sarah L.
Dear Dave Street,
Thank you for the wonderful show you put on for us. We hope you can come back again. My favorite part was when you did the Tree Rap Song. It was funny when the kids you picked were dancing. The best thing about the show you did at our school was that a lot of kids learned how much the world means to us.
Sincerely, Crystal M.
Dear Mr. Street
Thank you for doing that entertaining program about animals and their habitats. I liked it a lot and I learned more than I knew before. My favorite way of learning is if a play is being put on by someone funny.
I really enjoyed your show. Thanks, and keep on teaching.
A Happy Student, Erica R.
